All Sales are final.
As is it commonly understood that third party shippers like USPS, UPS and FEDEX can cause damage to products, replacement of damaged delivered products are always honored.
Email photos of the original packaging, photos the product damage, and your order number to email@example.com
Once approved, replacement time will be the same length as with the original order. All orders are customized on a per customer basis and require the same timeline as original to replace.

All shipping will require 2 to 3 weeks to arrive based on time to produce this custom piece, plus transport time, and weather conditions. All efforts are made to expedite delivery after product is ready to ship.
